Skill Work
4 Alternating rounds of:
2 Minutes Double Under Practice
2 Minutes Handstand Walk Practice

If you are able to do more than 100 unbroken DU’s then practice triple unders. Your coach will have an appropriate progression for you to work on during the handstand walk practice.

WOD
4 rounds for time of:
12 Pull-Ups
15 Box Jumps 24/20
18 Wall Balls 20/14
Rest 60 seconds

Basics
4 rounds for time of:
9 Burpees
12 Box Jumps
15 Wall Balls

This Sunday marks the end of the 2013 Paleo Challenge.  Since Sunday is a family day, we will be concluding our challenge with our 2nd blood draw, measurements, our post-challenge clinic, and all this Saturday, blood draw is 8am and clinic will be at 9 with the data and measurements to follow.  You all have done a great job and we are all counting down the days!
