Barbell Work
4 sets of 2 reps of:
Hang Clean(above knee) + High Hang Clean + Jerk @ 70-75%
Strength
Establish a 1RM Front Squat
Just like our back squat 1RM from last week we won’t have a time limit on this. Take your time, build up slowly and avoid making big jumps in weight. As you get close to your 1RM you should be taking 2-3 minutes rest between sets. If necessary complete today’s Burpees at home but do not rush your squats just to get to the WOD.
