Barbell Work
20 Minutes of Snatch Technique work

Pick a weakness that you have in the lift and focus on it.

WOD
5 rounds of:
Max Distance Row in 2 Minutes

Rest as needed between rounds. Each round should be an all out max effort as hard as you can go.

Basics
Run 400m
Then
8 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Sit-Ups
10 Box Jumps
10 Steps Walking Lunge
Then
Run 400m
