1 Clean Pull + 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk

WOD
For time:
50 Burpees
40 Kettlebell Swings 70/55
30 Box Jumps 24/20
20 Toes-2-Bar
10 Handstand Push-Ups

Basics
10 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Burpees
10 Knees-2-Elbows
10 Wall Balls
