Establish a Max Effort Unbroken Double Unders
Then
50 Burpees AFAP
with the remainder of the 10 minutes…
Establish a 3RM Front Squat (no racks)

Basics
“Death by Burpees”

Complete 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute and so on until you are no longer able to complete the required number of burpees within the time limit.
