Rest 4 Minutes
Run 400m @ 90%

Test:
Run 400m – all out

Basics
10 minute AMRAP of:
5 Tuck Jumps
15 Mountain Climbers
Shuttle Sprint, 10m

Add 1 shuttle sprit each round ie do 1 shuttle sprint the first minute, 2 the second and so on
