10 Squat Clean to Thruster 95/65
10 Burpees

Cash-out
3×5 Turkish Get-Ups (medium) – rest 60 secs
3xME Strict Pull-Ups (any grip) – rest 60 secs
*Compare to 2/27/12
**Cash-outs are different from Extra Credits.  Cash-outs are not optional and are done before the group Cool Down, Cool Down will still be done during class time.

Basics
12 Minute AMRAP of:
20 Overhead Walking Lunge
15 Box Jumps
10 Burpees
*Compare to 10/30/12
