Mandatory Mobility
Spend 20 Minutes mobilizing your body. The open starts this week and we don’t want to take any nagging issues into it. So let’s focus on whatever areas are tight or sore and work those out the best we can!

WOD
Each Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes complete:
6 Pistols(3l/3r) or 10 Squats
With the remainder of minute complete max effort shuttle runs

(This should not be a sprint, just keep yourself constantly moving at a steady pace)

Basics
Each minute on the minute for 8 minutes complete:
10 Squats
With the remainder of minute complete max effort single Unders
