Focus on keeping the bar close, making bar/body contact in the power position and quickly getting into a solid, balanced receiving position with a tight back.

8 Minute AMRAP of:
30 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell Swings 70/55
10 Sit-Ups

10 Minute AMRAP of:
20 Split Jumps (10L/10R)
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Four Count Flutter Kicks
