Spend 15 Minutes alternating between 90 seconds of Double Under Practice (or triple under if you’re cool like that) and 90 seconds of Free Standing Handstand Practice

12 Minutes AMRAP of:
50 Double Unders
15 Burpees

10 Minute AMRAP of:
50 Single Unders
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Superman
