Almond Meal Paleo Pancakes

Cook Time: 6 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat up a non-stick pan with olive oil or coconut oil on medium heat.
- Place a dollip of batter on the pan, cook three minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with pure maple syrup.
