Chicken Salad with Mandarin Oranges and Cranberries

Ingredients:
- 1 Pre-cooked chicken
- Spinach
- Dried cranberries
- Mandarin oranges
- Pumpkin seeds or seeds of your choice
- Sliced almonds
- Balsamic Vinegarette
Directions:
- Cut up pre-cooked chicken into bite size pieces
- Add to spinach
- Sprinkle cranberries, slivered almonds, and pumpkin seeds on top
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegarette
- Enjoy!
