To Make or Buy Mayo?

Looking through the grocery store, it can be hard to find condiments that are paleo friendly.  Most of the store brought condiments contain large amounts of sugar and preservatives.  One quick fix is to make your own mayo.  While there are many paleo recipes out there for mayo, we’ve found has one of the best.  Be sure to pickup a “light” tasting olive oil.  Most products will actually designate “light tasting” on them. If your lucky enough to have an olive oil shop in town (like Rocky Mountain Olive Oil), they will be more than capable to recommend some oils for you.  We have seen some people use avocado oil as well.  It took a little while to track some down and is quite expensive so we decided to pass on the avocado oil.
